Eighteen years with MBIIS, Deepti has spent all of them nurturing toddlers at Uditayan.
Living her life by the dictum "It takes a big heart to shape a little mind", Deepti has shaped the minds, characters and hundreds of children (and many parents too).
Often the first formal teacher in kids' lives, Deepti teaches them first about traditions and moral values, sharing space with each other, and the joys of working together.
She also instills the art of speaking, reading, writing, art and (her favourite) Math Facts.
When you stand afar and watch her interact with her wards, you get to realise that Deepti's biggest traits are her peace (and equanimity) and patience.
Children look up to her, voluntarily seeking her guidance or to show off their latest creations and get a pat on the head (of which there is an inexhaustible supply!).
Inspired by her own father, and his love for live, his happiness and contentment and being one with nature, Deepti brings all that tranquility to the School every day.
An avid story teller and an equally good listener, Deepti absolutely loves Drama and story telling lessons.
She also loves Badminton and carrom (at which she is often bested by her 14- and 10-year-old children).
