The school recently had the privilege of hosting an enlightening and thought-provoking workshop on ‘Workplace Ethics’ facilitated by renowned lawyer and expert, Mr. Amish Tandon,  a corporate commercial attorney practicing in New Delhi with extensive experience in litigation and corporate advisory. Mr. Tandon regularly conducts seminars, workshops and talks aimed to create awareness about workplace ethics, define behavioral guidelines, understand the importance of whistleblowing as an essential mechanism for reporting misconduct and foster a safe and respectful environment. Mr. Amish Tandon's workshop emphasized the significance of building a workplace culture that is truly inclusive and empowering for all,  where every individual feels secure, respected, and valued. The session commenced with an interactive discussion, where participants shared their thoughts on ethical practices and the importance of upholding integrity within the school community. The insights provided by the lawyer offered a fresh perspective on handling ethical challenges and it proved to be a significant step towards empowering the staff with the knowledge and tools to combat workplace misconduct.
