"The Earth has music for those who listen"
25 July is celebrated as Vanmahotsav every year, it also marks the day the seed of ‘Manava Bharati’ was sown in the year 1941. A day that reminds us of the great sacrifices made by the founder of its institution affectionately called, Babuji. It was his vision of taking humanity to greater heights that the Manavites carry forward. What better way to pay homage to his cause than to celebrate it as Vanmahotsav!
The incantation of the sacred shlokas on the auspicious day of July 25, 2018 electrified the school precincts with positivity. The musical environment urged the nature to smile with the children who presented enthralling dance performance on the auspicious song sung by the school choir summoning the lord Surya, Vayu, Varuna, Agni and Indra to bless our mother nature with beauty and prosperity. The colourful procession around the school by the children depicting the five elements of nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether left the audience spellbound.
The stellar performance by the Manaviites was concluded by the great opportunity to hear the words of wisdom from the school Director, Mrs. Bharati Pandey who encouraged all of us to be great learners and even greater human beings. The inspirational token of thanks from the Chairman, Captain V. K. Pandey established the message: “Be kind to everything that lives.” After all,
Nature is not a place to visit, it is our home!
