The Spirit Of Independent India On Republic Day
“Everyone who is born in this great land only has one identity - we are all Indians”
It was great to see the enthusiasm and patriotism shown by the students of Manavites School on Republic Day. It is indeed a time to remember the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for the betterment of the country and to reflect on our rich history and heritage.
The school's celebration of Republic Day was well-planned, with events such as the hoisting of the flag, the National Oath, and a cultural program to commemorate the occasion. Manavites were full of beans on the eve of the Republic Day. The whole school had a festive look. The school ground came alive with the School House & National Flags. The senior school students' Athletic Meet was a great way to encourage team spirit, discipline, and sportsmanship among the students. The Tug O' War event was highly anticipated and Takshshila House won the prestigious shield. This event was a great way to promote coordination, endurance, and strength while having fun and working together as a team.
Finally, the School Director, Ms. Bharati Pandey, laid emphasis on the need to imbibe qualities of discipline, sportsmanship spirit and to never be disappointed by failure in life. Republic Day is not only a celebration of our nation's history, but it is also a reminder of the values and qualities that we must imbibe in ourselves to become better citizens of the country.
