The Bold Adventurer Succeeds the Best
“The world is not in your books and maps it’s out there”- J.R.R. Tolkien
What nature has to offer is immense. Outdoor learning is absolutely crucial for any child’s development. Children who play outside are smarter, happier and attentive, and less anxious than kids who spend more time indoors. Nature has the ability to provide sensory, practical, and social experiences that are scarce inside the four walls of a classroom. This was the motive for holding the outdoor Adventure Camp on the school premises. Through the camp, the Rock-sport Instructors saw lost smiles come on the faces of little children.
Children’s Quotes of the Day were:
“Why can't we have this camp more often”, “Oh my God Zipline experience was great fun”, “Crossing the bridge was wonderful but a bit scary”
Community Lunch was the time when all the children ate more than their appetite. Finally, the slogan shouting for their own group got all the children to become little warriors!!! The fun was unforgettable.
