Visit to Deer Park
To walk in nature, is to witness a thousand miracles. – Mary Davis
On 13 April 2018, the children of class I & II visited the ever-popular Deer Park.
A tranquil location that acts like a heaven-sent escape from the chaos of Delhi, the Park welcomed the children who took a break from their regular routine, as a part of their educational trip leading up to Earth day.
The colourful sights kept the kids engaged and they were fascinated by the sight of beautiful birds like peacocks, parrots and ducks.
The children were even more impressed by the sight of deer herds prancing around. They spent a good amount of time playing in the lap of nature.
It was a great learning experience for them as they took an initiative to keep their environment beautiful and serene.
Along with a learning experience, this visit gave both the teachers and students a chance to bond well with each other.
