The Celebration of Books and the Joy of Reading
"Reading is a assport to countless adventures." - Mary Pope Osborne
Reading Days are woven into the very fabric of life at MBIIS. Good reading habits help the children unlock their imagination, enhance creativity, boost critical thinking skills and serve as a gateway to happiness and success.
To develop a love of reading, Reading Day was observed at Uditayan on 10 November 2022.
The entire Pre-primary wing had visually turned into a land of storybooks as the students and teachers immersed themselves in the world of stories. Story picnics in the sprawling gardens of the school, under the sky were thoroughly enjoyed by the students as they listened to stories, spoke about their favourite characters and exchanged storybooks with their friends. The corridors were abuzz with storytelling sessions, reading corners adorned every classroom where the children could be seen delving into their favourite storybooks to feed their imagination. It was truly a celebration of books and the joy they bring.
